Yes. Mobile grooming is ideal for nervous, elderly, or special-needs dogs as the quiet environment and one-on-one attention helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

Where do you park?

We typically park safely outside or near your property. If close parking isn’t available, our onboard generator allows us to continue operating efficiently.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks depending on their breed, coat type, and lifestyle. We will be happy to advise what is best for your pets at the booking stage.

What products do you use?

What is a hydrobath?

A hydrobath is a professional dog washing system that uses warm water and gentle water pressure to deeply clean a dog’s coat and skin. Using warm water combined with gentle pressure, the hydrobath penetrates deep into the coat to lift away dirt, loose hair, odours, and trapped allergens that ordinary bathing often misses. The result is a deeper clean, softer coat, healthier skin, and that fresh “just groomed” smell that lasts longer.

The soothing water pressure also creates a calming massage effect, helping nervous dogs relax while stimulating circulation and easing muscle tension — especially beneficial for older dogs or dogs with thick coats. What happens if my dog has fleas or skin issues?

Please let us know beforehand so we can advise on whether we can proceed with the groom with any skin issues. Evidence of fleas will result in refusal of the groom until your pet has received treatment. This is to prevent flea-bombing the van and causing delays to the next customers.

Is mobile grooming safe?

Yes. Our van is designed with safety features including secure grooming equipment, door guards, and additional security systems to keep your pet safe and comfortable throughout the appointment.

How can I prepare my dog for grooming?

Ensure your dog has had a toilet break before the appointment and avoid feeding a large meal immediately beforehand. A small walk or leg stretch is also recommended.
